BDO, the country's fifth largest accounting and consulting network with more than 40 offices and 400 independent alliance firm locations nationwide, selected Templeton Solutions to help configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for roll-out across the United States.

Selected due to their experience and ability to enable "on-the-go" access to CRM and integrate it with back-office programs, Templeton's team configured CRM to enhance the firm's nationwide marketing and business development activities.  BDO rolled out the program to a handful of carefully selected "pilot" offices as an initial launch, and as of July 29, 2011, will have completed its nationwide roll-out, on schedule and within budget.

"BDO and Templeton worked closely together to configure and implement CRM to meet BDO's objectives," said Chris Gryskiewicz, senior project manager and executive vice president with Templeton Solutions.

Today, Templeton Solutions has taken CRM to the next level: from just sales and marketing functionality to a full practice management solution built exclusively on the Microsoft CRM platform.  This new application, called TC Practice Management, includes project management, time and billing, document management, and analytics, in addition to sales and marketing functionality.

"We believe that Microsoft CRM's 'digital nervous system' provides the right platform for professional services firms to collect, report, and present critical firm and client information in a single log-in and familiar user
interface - Outlook," said Steve Templeton, CPA, founder of  Templeton Solutions.

"TC Practice Management can be deployed on premise or in the 'cloud.'  Due to its scalability and flexibility powered by the powerful Microsoft CRM engine, it will likely be the last practice management program any firm will need," said Gryskiewicz.
