Frankly, from what we see, Black Friday is whatever the day after Halloween is.

Middle market B2C companies, take note.  Increasingly, Thanksgiving Day is becoming the new Black Friday, as retailers seek growth in what is expected to be a fairly tepid holiday buying season.
